The staff was very helpful and changed my room where I can be comfortable (air circulation and 21 C)

My original room was heater only and the room can’t go lower than 25C and only get hotter. Room has no window to open. If I turn off the hvac there is no air movement and it’s just too hot

The hotel staffs ( receptionist, bellman , restaurant guys …) all are very professional, friendly , helpful … they can read your need and match it … I like the robot to clean and deliver the things …

It is within walking distance to Shanghai Airport but all six of us couldn't navigate our way there. Wasted two hours and ended up getting a Taxi. Just get the taxi it is only about $5 aud

Very unfriendly staff. We had a booking for 5 people with free breakfast. They only wanted to give us 4 free breakfasts.

Air conditioning was coldest at 26.7 Celsius and was very uncomfortable to sleep. They staff said that this was normal. I told them it was not especially in high humidity atmosphere. I left earlier to the hotel next door. Same building complex, but the AC was working better.

Brand New hotel, clean and comfortable. The room is spacious.

The limited choice of international food in the restaurant.

Breakfast is excellent. Gym is well equipped and available 24/7. Friendly staff. Restaurant carry good food for lunch or dinner, great beer available. Excellent location with train station, metro, shopping, all walking distance.

Close to the Shanghai expo hall which was the location that hosted the CMEF show

Bed was very comfortable. Also nice and clean bathroom. Breakfast was very good. You could find classic European meals but also traditional ones. Close to high speed trains and metro...cca 8 mins of walk.

Not so good English of staff. They didnt explain the way to metro well so we couldn't find it. Swimming pool was closed.

The location is close to food amenities and close to Hongqiao Airport and train station, which made it easy for travelers who need to utilize the Hongqiao Airport and trains. The facility provides breakfast options for travelers who need to travel early way beyond the opening of the breakfast service. I have also requested for more water bottles, which were delivered to the room using the hotel's robots.

Nothing I didn't like. Check-in process could have been shortened. It took quite some time (more than 15 minutes) to check-in to the room, which, for us, made us wait for a long time and check-in period at even later than expected.

Very good breakfast. Rooms were clean. Excellent location, close to metro station and Hogqiao Airport. Unfortunatly poor instruction for room services and qr code did not work well for foreigners. Room space is very good.

Location and service. Bryan Du was very considerate and professional. He assisted my father with wheelchair which was extremely helpful!

the rooms were very hot. they didnt have option to use air conditioner during winter, but it was very hot. we had to request for electric fans. other hotels still had option to choose heater or air condition staff were not so good in english

Very convenient location, great support from the staff, generally high level as expected. The ATM machine in a lobby is an advantage as it was hard to find other cash machines on the airport, railway stations and other public areas. The underground connection with the convention centre and Hongqiao Hub is perfect.An excellent breakfast with both Chinese and European food.

Just a short one - stains in shower cabin, not a dirt but something like damage of mold or mildew, hard to say. It wasn't big, but still.
